This policy describes how Kondás Viktor László ev. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use The 10K Club at https://the10kclub.app and the related iOS application.

Who we are

What we collect

• Account data (email, Sign in with Apple identifier, display name)
• Profile and card fields you choose to publish or keep private
• Contacts and notes you save in the app
• Membership and entitlement metadata from Apple (not your card number)
• Support messages you send us
• Technical logs needed to run and secure the service

Why we process data

To provide the digital card and membership service (contract), to secure the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Public profiles

Fields marked public appear on your shareable profile. You control visibility and whether search engines may index the page. Assume anything public can be seen by anyone with the link.

Retention and deletion

You may delete your account in the app. We remove or anonymize personal profile data. We may retain transaction and audit records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or law. Membership numbers that were issued are never reassigned.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. Contact support@the10kclub.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Payments

Digital membership is sold only through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is the merchant of record. We never receive your full payment card details.
